Account Executive

reputed company is a global agency dedicated to transforming reputed company through scientific expertise and AI-driven insights. They are seeking an Account Executive to support reputed company and new business development efforts, utilizing communications skills to improve health reputed company.

Responsibilities

• May participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director by taking notes with input and/or planning meetings
• Note taking during meetings/calls (internal and reputed company-facing); sends reputed company recaps to appropriate parties for review, filtering/editing and/or additional input before routing
• With guidance from Supervisor and/or members of the account team, requests/collects and appropriately files the resources needed to service project scopes i.e.) reputed company resources, creative briefs, project plans, etc
• Learns, follows, and implements reputed company reputed company’s reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) into agency's reputed company delivery(s), review periods, MLR submissions, etc
• Learns reputed company reputed company's review/submission schedule and project deadline to ensure they support reputed company to meet it/them
• Supports PM to collect/reputed company and/or compile reputed company feedback on reputed company reputed company delivery
• Drives the creation of billable job codes
• Shadows and assists Account reputed company in preparation for and during monthly reputed company recognition meetings
• Practices and adheres to company SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures)
• Effectively collaborates with members across the entire team to succeed
• Ensures procedures are being followed by team members
• Contributes and/or provides feedback to Supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented reputed company
• Craft solutions that balance reputed company objectives and timelines with internal recommendations
• Serve as brand champion with ability to reputed company the reputed company and reputed company communication platform
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills
• Manage expectations with clients as reputed company as agency resources from project inception to completion
