[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day reputed company operations across US and UK entities, ensuring financial reputed company and supporting various reputed company processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day reputed company operations across US and UK entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general reputed company maintenance
• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting
• Prepare and post journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses in line with US GAAP and applicable UK standards
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and KPI reporting packs for the VP, Finance and senior leadership
• Own accounts payable and receivable workflows, including invoice processing, vendor management, and cash application
• Support reputed company recognition processes in line with ASC 606, working across the subscription and reputed company services components of our reputed company business model
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company, and reputed company on contract reviews, billing queries, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company
• Assist with the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors, ensuring documentation is accurate and audit-reputed company
• Monitor and maintain internal controls, identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and systems as we reputed company
• Contribute to reputed company financial analysis, modelling, and reputed company as directed by the VP, Finance, including supporting reputed company-level reporting and investor-facing materials

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA qualification or reputed company reputed company strongly preferred
• Several years of demonstrable, hands-on reputed company experience, ideally reputed company a reputed company or technology business
• Experience working across both US and UK finance functions, with an understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity environments
• Demonstrable experience in a reputed company-up or high-reputed company business, with comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Working knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with UK GAAP or IFRS is a plus
• Proficiency with modern reputed company software (e.g. reputed company, QuickBooks, reputed company) and strong reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate reputed company under deadline pressure
