The ideal candidate should possess strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills and be capable of running transactions as part of reputed company.
Responsibilities
- The role will include drafting documentation for bank and non-bank financial institutions and private lenders for transactions secured by reputed company estate, various other types of personal property, as reputed company as for non-performing remedial reputed company
Skills
- J.D. from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
- Admitted to reputed company law in reputed company or passed the bar and awaiting admission
- One to 3 years of experience as banking and lending associate
- Strong writing, organizational and analytical skills
- Capable of running a transaction as part of reputed company
