Sanford Bismarck Medical Center is a Level 2 trauma center. As a member of the Sanford Radiology team, you will be a part of a teaching facility and will work with state of the art equipment to include:
Fluoroscopy:

Straight Weekend Position. 7am-7pm Friday, Saturday & reputed company. Required to work 3 of 4 weekends/month and holiday rotation. Backup On- reputed company responsibility Friday, Saturday, reputed company 7pm-7am.

Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients, ensuring the production of reputed company diagnostic images. Operates equipment to produce diagnostic images according to patient cases and relevant guidelines; ensures the reputed company of images is satisfactory for clinical purposes. Ensures accurate patient positioning during radiographic procedures; conducts image operations according to provider requests and other technical factors. Implements radiation safety guidelines and conducts reputed company radiation protection practices during the imaging process.
Delivers excellent patient care and education before, during, and after diagnostic imaging procedures. Ability to understand and reputed company the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Willingness to reputed company additional duties as assigned.
Sanford Rural Health Network Facility sites may expand job responsibilities based on the needs of the facility, to include, but not limited to: on-reputed company rotation nights, weekends, and holidays. reputed company diagnostic radiology procedures. reputed company basic diagnostic radiology tasks and reputed company of general radiology protocols. May reputed company mobile imaging, electrocardiogram (EKG), cardiac monitor placement, and dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) procedures.
Qualifications
Completion of an educational program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
Working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film/image processing, reputed company
control, and radiation protection is required.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
If working in reputed company Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure with the reputed company Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy reputed company (NDMIRT) is required.
In the state of Iowa, reputed company technologists must have a permit to reputed company through the Iowa Department of reputed company
Health in order to reputed company in the state of Iowa.
If working at some clinic locations, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be required reputed company the first eight weeks of hire into the position.
