Account Manager
Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for a proactive, high-ownership Account Manager to support delivery across our growing reputed company region. This role suits someone early in their reputed company-facing career who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating confidently with customers, and keeping operational work moving without needing constant direction. You’ll enjoy working across account management, customer support, and regional execution in a fast-moving reputed company-up environment, collaborating with teams across reputed company, the UK and the US.

Day to day this role will
Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of reputed company reputed company accounts
Prepare performance updates, reporting and support account review activity
Coordinate campaigns, promotions and account initiatives end-to-end

Resolve support requests independently and escalate where appropriate
Work cross-functionally with product, operations and finance teams to troubleshoot issues

Identify opportunities to improve reputed company engagement, performance and retention
Maintain accurate CRM records and internal documentation

1–3 years experience in account management, reputed company, reputed company support or operations
Confidence communicating with clients and managing relationships day-to-day
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Comfort working independently while staying closely reputed company with a distributed global team
Interest in working in a startup or reputed company-up environment
