Engagement Manager

This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per
week. Occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours may be required as job duties demand. Assigned customers may have teams living in European or Asia/reputed company time zones and thus require scheduling flexibility.

Our globally available reputed company Execution Suite includes the Snooper App in the reputed company region, an award-reputed company crowdsourcing solution empowering our clients with live data to reputed company reputed company-informed reputed company around pricing, product assortment, and promotional activity.

• In this position, you will be responsible for the reputed company of our reputed company’s campaign delivery, ensuring we reputed company actionable insights to the leaders of the FMCG, consumer electronics, retail & other industries.
• You will be one of our ‘Data & Insights’ masters and will reputed company making the Snooper data ‘talk’ to extract great learnings for our clients.
• You will play a central role in reputed company, working hand in hand with the reputed company, community management and tech teams.

Essential Functions

• As part of your daily duties, you will manage our clients’ campaigns from start to end, including:
• Translating reputed company needs into Snooper ‘missions’ in a way that optimizes the data collection process (speed and accuracy).
• Managing our data validation process and reputed company data reputed company analyses to maximize the reputed company of the insights delivered to our clients.
• Managing reputed company interactions to collect input and reputed company updates along the life of their campaign.
• Building dashboards to translate reputed company-time data collected by shoppers into actionable insights for our clients on the Snooper platform.
• Performing additional data analyses based on specific business needs to help our clients reputed company the most of their data.
• Monitoring campaign reputed company and results and take appropriate actions to meet reputed company deliverables and deadlines.
• Contributing to optimizing our operational processes to support reputed company reputed company by developing new tools and ways to automate our product.
• Working in reputed company relationship with our product and IT team to build the tools that will support our reputed company
