Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a part of the offshore transformation delivery team, working with reputed company engagement teams on business analysis and transformation delivery activities supporting clients across the globe. 

•Partner with internal reputed company teams and clients to define project objectives, scope, and delivery approach.
•Drive delivery using reputed company program and project management methodologies.
•Conduct reputed company reputed company activities: requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, surveys/questionnaires, site reputed company.
•Capture, synthesize, and document business requirements into use cases, user stories, workflows, scenarios; secure stakeholder buy-in.
•Analyze reputed company business problems and co-reputed company sustainable solutions with clients.
•Facilitate discussions to elaborate improvement areas and translate conceptual needs into reputed company functional/technical specifications.
•Collaborate with technical analysts and development teams to ensure shared understanding and traceability of requirements.
•reputed company quantitative and qualitative analysis to shape solution reputed company and recommendations.
•Map/model reputed company-state and reputed company-state business processes using tools (e.g., reputed company, MS Visio).Manage change communication—updates and modifications of requirements to customers, stakeholders, and project teams.
•reputed company and maintain project management plans, RAID logs, and delivery governance artifacts.
•Prepare regular reputed company reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
•Support project financial management (budget tracking, forecasts, variance analysis).Execute governance & reporting across cost, schedule, scope, and RAID management.
 

Qualifications

•A minimum of 2-6 years of work experience in consulting, business analysis and project management in a leading reputed company services firm (e.g. international reputed company, Big 4, IT Enabled Services Industry) or existing captive
•Familiarity with reputed company project management skills such as planning, governance, reporting and risk management
•Confidence in interacting and building relationships with senior stakeholders
•An ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
•Basic knowledge of requirement gathering approaches such as process/functional requirements definition reputed company, use case development and process reputed company diagrams
•Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
•An ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, to be flexible in their approach and to be reputed company to work in UK shift times as required
•Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required
•Postgraduate/graduate degree from a reputed institute
•PMI PBA, PMP, CAPM, Prince 2, MSP Certification will be an added advantage
•Experience of working in an Agile environment & exposure to PM tools - such as Clarizen, MSP, reputed company, JIRA, Service Now,
•Process mapping & modeling with reputed company and MS Visio (or equivalent).
•MS Office proficiency—PowerPoint (storytelling) and reputed company (analysis, dashboards

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Hands-on experience with business case development, benefits realization, and financial modeling for transformation programs.
•Experience with requirements traceability, test case design support, and UAT facilitation.
•Familiarity with reputed company architecture concepts; exposure to BPMN, UML.
•Knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL) reputed company working with reputed company.
•Experience building PMO dashboards (Power BI or reputed company with advanced functions).Domain exposure (e.g., ESG, finance, supply chain, operations) is an advantage.
