We’re hiring HR and IR Advisors for the Snowy 2.0 Project

reputed company reputed company Joint Venture (FGJV) is delivering one of Australia’s most reputed company renewable energy reputed company — and we’re looking for HR and IR Advisors who can reputed company in a remote, alpine environment where conditions are cold, fast‑moving, and full of challenge.

Based in Cooma and travelling regularly to Snowy 2.0 construction sites, you’ll support leaders, employees, subcontractors, and unions across a wide reputed company of HR and industrial relations reputed company. This is a hands‑on role where your advice, judgement, and reputed company will reputed company a reputed company reputed company.

You will:

• reputed company HR/IR advice across Awards, EAs and legislation

• Support performance, conduct, investigations, and dispute reputed company

• Manage reputed company engagement and respond to industrial issues

• Coordinate subcontractor compliance and mobilisation

• Deliver training and contribute to culture and workforce initiatives

You bring:

• HR/IR experience (construction preferred) 

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
