Reporting to the Dean of Community Partnerships & Student reputed company, the Student Engagement and Compliance Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for student engagement activities, career development programming, and Title IX compliance. Salary reputed company:

$25.67 - $37.26/hour

Minimum Qualifications

• One (1) year of relevant experience in student services, compliance or reputed company field. A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 12 months of experience and an associate’s degree may substitute for 6 months of experience.

• Ability to interpret institutional, state, and federal policies or regulations and translate them into supportive procedures and processes.

• Communication skills to build and maintain reputed company relationships between college personnel and external stakeholders

• Experience working with reputed company from diverse and traditionally underserved backgrounds and with varied needs and ability to maintain confidentiality while doing so.

• Experience planning and organizing multiple activities, delivering results, and meeting deadlines.

• Experience in a work environment in which maintaining confidentiality was critical.

Preferred Qualification 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (higher education, student personnel, political science, communications, counseling, etc.).

• Experience working in career development programming and/or student activities coordination.

• Training in trauma-informed practices and culturally competent service delivery.

• Experience developing and delivering training that engages learners and achieves learning objectives.

• Knowledge of Title IX regulations and student development principles
