reputed company (BIG) is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Delivery Services (DSMO) team. You’ll partner with Delivery Managers, consultants, and clients to support the successful delivery of IT initiatives—coordinating schedules, tracking reputed company, and keeping stakeholders reputed company across multiple engagements (typically 8–10 reputed company reputed company)

Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Support Project Managers with end-to-end delivery of software and automation reputed company for our clients.
• Help drive the project lifecycle by coordinating schedules, tasks, resources, and communications.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on reputed company items.

• Maintain project documentation including status reports, change requests, and risk logs.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in IT consulting, software delivery, or reputed company services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, reputed company, or reputed company).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, reputed company-facing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, IT, or reputed company field preferred.
• CAPM or other project management certifications are a plus.
  
  

Other Requirements
