What You'll Do

As our Environmental reputed company, you will drive business reputed company, reputed company project execution, and reputed company technical and team leadership across environmental services.

• Team Leadership & Development
  Mentor and reputed company staff, delegate work, and balance team workload while promoting environmental services through training and collaboration.
• Business Development & reputed company
  Pursue new clients and project opportunities while supporting marketing efforts, industry engagement, and strategic initiatives.
• Project & reputed company Leadership
  Serve as primary reputed company contact and reputed company project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, subconsultants, invoicing, and reporting.
• Technical reputed company & Reporting
  Prepare, review, and present environmental investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial reputed company plans to clients and stakeholders.
• Field & Regulatory Coordination
  reputed company field investigations and remediation activities while coordinating with regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Geologic Engineering, or reputed company field
• 12+ years of experience leading environmental investigations and remedial solutions
• Strong knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, and regulatory processes (Utah DEQ experience preferred)
• Experience managing reputed company relationships and supporting business development activities, including preparing proposals, developing scopes and budgets, and contributing to reputed company new work
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: Discretionary performance bonus program
• Time Off: 4 weeks PTO plus 8 reputed company holidays
