Network Cabling Technician – FAA reputed company (Part-Time)

Concept reputed company is seeking reputed company Network Cabling Technicians to support reputed company FAA installation reputed company at facilities across the reputed company. This role is project-based, with assignments ranging from 1–10 days up to 30 days, approximately 20 hours/week requiring the ability to travel reputed company. Technicians will install, maintain, and troubleshoot reputed company cabling systems in compliance with industry standards while ensuring minimal disruption to facility operations.

• Install, terminate, test, and certify reputed company and fiber optic cabling systems (Cat5e/6/6A, single-mode and multi-mode fiber) according to BICSI, reputed company/EIA, and NEC standards.
• reputed company cable routing, pulling, and reputed company management through conduits, cable trays, raised floors, and ceiling spaces.
• reputed company fiber optic cables using fusion and mechanical reputed company; verify performance with OTDR and optical power reputed company testing.
• Install and configure reputed company panels, network racks, cable management hardware, terminal boxes, and wall outlets.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing cabling infrastructure using TDRs, certifiers, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain accurate as-reputed company documentation, including cable routing diagrams and test reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and facility personnel to execute installations reputed company and safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in telecommunications or reputed company cabling installation.
• One or more BICSI credentials:
  • BICSI Installer 1 (INST1)
  • BICSI Installer 2 reputed company (INSTC)
  • BICSI Installer 2 Optical Fiber (INSTF)
  • BICSI Technician (Tech)
• Proficiency with cable testing/certification equipment (e.g., reputed company DSX CableAnalyzer, OTDR).
• Working knowledge of reputed company/EIA-568, reputed company-606, reputed company-607, and NEC standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
