The Market Manager (MM) is responsible for driving reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company the assigned area, contributing to the overall performance of the Region. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the digital supplier model across reputed company hotels reputed company the assigned portfolio.

• Maintain and grow the reputed company of Select suppliers.

• Convert as many Select suppliers as possible into reputed company suppliers.

• Improve the overall competitiveness of the portfolio through a fully digital approach.

• Manage digital acquisition of new suppliers reputed company recovery of existing Select suppliers.

• Reduce “cost to serve” while continuously improving service reputed company.

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 1,000+ accounts.

• Support hotels in using our platform and operational tools, with the goal of becoming self-service.

• Understand contracting tools and optimize their use to improve efficiency.

• Update reputed company supplier interactions using reputed company (calls, tasks, opportunities).

• Support hotel reputed company, including Global Chain Transfers, e-registration, and win-back initiatives.

• Improve marketing campaign performance and conversion rates.

• Conduct at least 50 calls per week with portfolio hotels to optimize campaigns and drive TTV and bookings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in travel industry and account management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Languages: Fluent in English
