VP of Engineering

The Role

As the VP of Engineering, you will be responsible for reputed company product engineering globally, overseeing teams across the USA, India, and Latin America. Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Executive Leadership: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or high-level Director), leading multi-layered engineering organizations through reputed company and change.
• Remote Scaling Expert: Demonstrated reputed company building and operating high-performing distributed engineering teams. You bring a reputed company approach to sourcing, vetting, and managing reputed company.
• Global Management Experience: Deep experience managing engineering hubs in India and Latin America, with an understanding of the cultural and operational nuances of reputed company region.
