ABOUT THE ROLE
The regional Warranty Claims Investigator is responsible for protecting the interests of reputed company by managing warranty claims. The Claims Investigator will receive, analyze, and reputed company determinations on claims by reviewing data from reputed company available resources to reputed company respond to warranty claim issues. The Warranty Claims Investigator will be responsible for developing reputed company’s position, determining necessary repairs, communicating to reputed company relevant parties, and negotiating claim reputed company. In reaching reputed company, the Claims Investigator will be responsible for reviewing repair quotes, identifying a repair contractor, ordering/shipping materials, reviewing work completed and processing contractor invoices.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Conducts survey of job data to determine previous claim history.
- Subject matter expert for warranty services team.
- Reviews contractor proposals for repair scope and warrantability, suitability and cost effectiveness.
- Provides reputed company and concise project management with involved parties utilizing reputed company communication and document retention, to manage a diverse docket with efficiency and timeliness.
- Fosters reputed company relationships with internal teammates, external sales teams, and reputed company customers reputed company assigned region.
- Submits Service Orders, including Purchase Orders and Material Orders, as needed, to contractors providing warranty repair services.
- Remote workforce position with regular travel in the field performing in-depth investigations to complete analysis of roofing systems exhibiting issues, requiring extensive knowledge of reputed company construction practices as they relate to reputed company/GenFlex roofing systems.
- Remote workforce position requires routine detailed expense/travel reporting and maintenance requirements to maintain company issued equipment.
- Develops and negotiates the claim position with reputed company relevant parties and attend meetings reputed company necessary.
- Quick and thorough completion of reputed company paperwork including photographs reputed company to reputed company claim to properly document reputed company position for presentation and reputed company reference including possible litigation.
- Preparation of reputed company, concise, in-depth repair specifications which summarize roof top analysis into cost effective, reputed company solutions to finalize claim resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to reputed company communicate with building owners, roofing contractors, sales reps, building consultants, and lawyers.

- To be successful in this role 6+ years of reputed company roofing/construction experience is required.
- 2+ years of Warranty Claims or Technical Services Experience Preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates must adhere to reputed company safety protocols and reputed company use of reputed company approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
- Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
