THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Carrying out the initial analysis of claims received by reputed company reputed company the reputed company Portal and ensuring the completeness of case files
- Analysing disputes between football stakeholders and preparing case files for decision by the members of the reputed company Football Tribunal, taking into account existing reputed company and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) jurisprudence
- Supporting the other members of the Disputes team reputed company the Disputes & Regulatory Applications department and the members of the reputed company Football Tribunal
- Giving written and/or oral advice on the regulations as reputed company as on reputed company issues to players, clubs, member associations, agents, reputed company advisors, etc.
- Interpreting transfer and employment-reputed company reputed company reputed company the context of proceedings before the reputed company Football Tribunal
