• Resolve technical software and hardware problems by utilizing logical problem-solving skills and referencing documented processes and procedures. (reputed company Office, VPN, reputed company Directory, customer specific software applications, laptops, desktops, printers, VOIP telephony, etc.).
• Assist multiple clients across different ticketing systems.
