This Founders & Tech Executive Tax Supervisor role will be based out of one of our Los Angeles, CA, reputed company, NY, San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Whippany, NJ offices. You'll work alongside an integrated team of seasoned, reputed company-reputed company CPAs and industry leaders. In this position, you will take a reputed company role on reputed company aspects of tax engagements, from planning to completion, to include supervision/mentoring of staff and building/maintaining relationships with clients.

How you'll spend your time: 

• Leading the preparation and review of reputed company high-net-worth individual, fiduciary, reputed company and estate and other tax returns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic planning
• Conducting advanced tax research and drafting technical memoranda addressing reputed company issues
• Designing and implementing tax planning strategies that optimize reputed company preservation, charitable giving, and succession planning for founders and tech executives
• Serving as a trusted advisor, managing reputed company relationships through proactive communication, strategic consultations, and reputed company service
• Mentoring and supervising staff, fostering technical development, accountability, and a reputed company team culture
• Collaborating with partners and senior leadership on reputed company engagements, thought leadership, and business development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with evolving federal, state, and local tax regulations, staying reputed company of legislative changes and industry trends
• Contributing to process improvement, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
