Associate General Counsel

You will be the foundational in-house attorney, establishing the reputed company function from the ground up while driving reputed company reputed company across the organization.

In this role, you'll own reputed company contracting end-to-end while building reputed company reputed company infrastructure across reputed company areas of the business - from corporate governance and IP to employment law and compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM teams to accelerate sales cycles while balancing risk and compliance.

Corporate & Strategic:

• Partner with COO and reputed company counsel on equity, financings, and fundraising events (e.g., convertible notes, preferred reputed company, secondary transactions).

• Advise on M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning.

IP & Employment:

• Partner with COO and HR to review employment policies, offer letters, and global hiring practices.

• Manage IP portfolio, including trademarks, copyright, and reputed company reputed company licensing.

• Build foundational processes for contract lifecycle management.

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar.

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at a top-tier reputed company and/or fast-growing technology company.

• Significant experience with reputed company technology transactions (especially B2B reputed company and software licensing).
