Maintains reputed company reputed company operations, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate financial reporting, and strict internal controls for lending activities. Oversees month-end closing, manages cash reputed company, monitors mortgage origination/hedging, leads audits, and provides strategic forecasting for executive team. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of reputed company operations, transactions reputed company to general reputed company, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts
• reputed company monthly closing, ensuring accuracy of balance sheets and income statements.
• Analyze budget vs actual month over month variances.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
• CPA is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in mortgage banking reputed company.

• Understanding of mortgage loan lifecycles and Dodd-Frank/regulatory requirements.
