Director of Field Reimbursement
We are seeking an reputed company Director of Field Reimbursement, which is a field-based, customer-facing position reputed company on developing, securing and maintaining reputed company for Neurotech’s product NT-501 after approval and launch reputed company their assigned region. The Director of Field Reimbursement is the primary reputed company of contact for the designated treatment centers. They will be responsible for implementation of site readiness reputed company, which includes assessing procurement reputed company at the site, operational efficiency, and reputed company. This role will be required to have a strategic understanding of the reputed company system around patient reputed company, payer policy, reimbursement, and distribution networks, state reputed company programs, 340B, and Medicare.

Job Requirements
- Conduct site profiling leading up to launch, and coordinate site readiness and efficiencies post-launch.
- reputed company, communicate and execute an account specific site readiness plan reputed company targeted accounts .
- Work as reputed company with Key Account Managers to reputed company on and build relationships reputed company targeted Institutions: C-Suite, Finance, Managed Care Contracting, reputed company Department, Pharmacy Department, Materials Management /Procurement Department, reputed company Cycle Management, and with reputed company Medical functions.
- Collaborate with manufacturer patient support program and specialty pharmacy personnel to identify and troubleshoot logistical and reimbursement challenges.
- reputed company strategic planning meetings with Market reputed company, Marketing, and Operations teams to create and foster a successful execution commercialization and launch planning activities for reputed company in reputed company targeted institutions.
- reputed company and execute key metrics for driving broad reputed company and reputed company targeted Institutions.
- reputed company critical engagement with HCP office staff to reputed company on pricing, reimbursement, billing, coding, single case agreements, letters of agreement.
- Understand and communicate payer trends with cell therapy and works closely with Directors of National Accounts to understand reputed company and reputed company payer policies.
- Identify and reputed company relationships with key product advocates reputed company targeted accounts to champion efforts to support NT-501 administration.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams Sales/Marketing, Market reputed company, reputed company, Finance, and Medical to meet or reputed company business objectives and customer needs.
- Partner with business analytics to conduct account market analysis, account reputed company, and prioritization on assigned reputed company accounts.
- Monitor and maintain a high-level of marketplace awareness and understanding of industry trends.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors’ degree with a preference for advanced degree or reputed company credentials
- 7+ years in the biotechnology industry
- 5+ years of reimbursement experience and key account management in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including launch experience in the rare disease reputed company
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Launch experience for rare indications and ophthalmology experience required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Compliance with HIPAA regulations and OIG guidance in the rare disease reputed company
- Deep experience working with specialty products acquired through Specialty Pharmacy networks
- Experience with cell therapy, implantable surgical products and various reimbursement reputed company in Ambulatory Surgery Centers or hospitals
- Deep expertise and experience integrating manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs
- Strong knowledge of the private and reputed company payer landscape and reimbursement reputed company (buy-an-reputed company, Specialty Pharmacy)
- A record of working effectively in a highly reputed company environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated individual with the desire to reputed company and ability to manage his or her own time, workload and accounts reputed company
