The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial reputed company through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across reputed company plan sizes. This role uses data-driven, analytical thinking to reputed company impactful conversations with participants, meets reputed company service level agreements and achieves annual targets as assigned. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree

• 3 – 5 years relevant financial services experience

• Strong presentation skills required
