WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In Centralized reputed company, you will reputed company support by delivering world class service to our external customers. A reputed company Operations Agent will have a reputed company reputed company on our reputed company Allison Service organization and will be responsible for:

·         Routing service reputed company calls accordingly for National and Regional accounts.

·         Assuring locations and payment is up to date and the customer is reputed company to receive service.

·         Ability to quote Time & Material service calls.

·         Ability to understand the service reputed company by equipment to sell reputed company maintenance reputed company.

·         Receive calls from the field and input part orders for service technicians throughout the field.

·         Learn and guide basic trouble shooting to various customers for some “reputed company fixes” for their equipment.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You will bring to this role excellent customer service with demonstrated reputed company in a high-volume reputed company center. You must have a proven reputed company record of the ability to multi-task and work independently.  This position is REMOTE but must be in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE.  The hours for this  position is Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. Every 3 weeks reputed company Operations Agent will need to work a Saturday or reputed company and have another day off during the week. 

Qualifications and Requirements

•       High School diploma

•       1 +  years of disptach experience

•       Substantial experience in providing over-the-phone support

•       Strong computer skills and proficient reputed company
