Marketing Operations Specialist

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will drive the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing programs, ranging from the technical management of email drip sequences and list segmentation to the conceptualization of high-impact collateral like eBooks, white papers, and blogs. You will serve as a vital cross-functional liaison, collaborating with the Sales and Account Management teams to support webinars and trade shows while partnering with an external agency. By combining creative content development and graphic design with a focus on process optimization and GTM efficiency, you will play a key role in reporting critical performance metrics in collaboration with the SVP of Growth and Partnerships.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Email program management, including list management, drip sequence, customer communications, and email technical implementation.
  • Content program management, including content conceptualization, content development, including writing proposed content, and content distribution.
  • Create and publish social content for internal communications.
  • Maintain Verisys blog in collaboration with an external agency.
  • Process to reduce turnaround time for go-to-market collateral.
  • Create marketing materials including blogs, eBooks + white papers, social content, and more.
  • Create marketing imagery to be used for email, LinkedIn, blogs, and other places.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team for though leadership, webinar, and trade show events.
  • Work with marketing partners, internal sales team, and account manager team to create content. Collaborate with SVP on Marketing reporting metrics.


  • Required Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience 
  • 2-5 year’s experience in marketing, communications, or relevant channels
  • 1-2 year’s experience with Hubspot or similar communications platform
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Canva or similar design development platform
  • +6 months experience utilizing AI’s for marketing operations
  • Office/Google suite proficient including Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with Photoshop and Adobe suite
  • Experience with copy writing and communications optimization
  • Experience building and optimizing marketing acquisition campaigns
  • Experience with audience segmentation and development
