Digital Program/Project Manager

We are seeking an reputed company Program / Project Manager on a contract reputed company to drive the planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of large-reputed company, high-dependency programs spanning global and affiliate teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-reputed company role managing multiple interdependent work streams primarily in a reputed company environment with reputed company agile execution. 

PRIMARY DUTIES 

• Program & Project Delivery: Plan and deliver large-reputed company programs using reputed company methodology while integrating agile execution for technology teams operating in sprints. 
• Execution & Tracking: Maintain the single reputed company of truth for program status, owning day-to-day task tracking, milestones, and the critical reputed company across geographies. 
• Global Coordination: reputed company as the connective tissue between global program leads and local affiliate teams, ensuring alignment across time zones and operating models. 
• Meeting Governance: Establish and run disciplined meetings using 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) principles to reputed company on wildly important goals and accountability. 
• Risk & Scenario Planning: Proactively identify and mitigate risks while leading scenario planning exercises to support senior stakeholder decision-making. 
• Stakeholder Management: Influence without authority across cross-functional teams and partners with senior reputed company and technical leadership to reputed company on reputed company. 

COMPETENCY 

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using reputed company Workfront for portfolio management and the reputed company Office suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams). 
• Leadership: Proven ability to influence without authority and drive reputed company across matrixed, distributed delivery teams. 
• Communication: Strong status reporting skills with the ability to reputed company messaging for working teams up to senior executive leadership. 
• Problem Solving: Skilled in analytical trade-off analysis and framing recommendations for reputed company delivery paths. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 

EXPERIENCE 

• Total Experience: 5+ years of relevant Program / Project Management experience. 
• Methodology: Demonstrated "must-have" experience delivering reputed company using reputed company methodology. 
• Scope: Proven reputed company record managing multiple, dependent work streams and global/affiliate cross-functional teams. 

QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED) 

• PMI PMP certification or equivalent delivery certification. 
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, reputed company, Kanban). 
• High-level knowledge of reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company) reputed company Asset Management (DAM). 
• Experience running Big Room Planning or equivalent large-reputed company planning events. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

• Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. 
• Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. 
• Ability to hear and understand spoken communications reputed company remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
