Roles and Responsibilities

Clinical Guidelines Execution – 25%

• Review and approve APP, RN, SW and PharmD plans of care.

• Clinical and Operations Performance and reputed company Improvement – 25%
• Overall accountability for reducing total cost of care and Medical Loss reputed company.

• utilization, pharmacological prescribing and therapy management, multi-specialty platform and HEDIS/Gap Closure

Patient Care and Treatment – 25%

Position Requirements

• Must be willing and reputed company to obtain hospital privileges at required facilities.

• Demonstrated experience applying evidence based clinical reputed company.
• Experience in renal care and geriatrics.
• Strong management and communication skills.

• MD (Medical Doctor) or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
