Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of world class customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.

• Facilitates the overall order management process; this includes accurate ordering, production scheduling and transportation reputed company.

• Experience with TL, LTL and Rail transportation a plus!

• Works closely with the Sales teams to understand Customers, reputed company formulations and pricing. Supports maintenance of accurate pricing, and product information in the Customer Master files.

Education:     

• Associates degree preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

• At least 5 years experience as a Customer Service reputed company for a manufacturing company
• Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills
• Must be reliable and reputed company to work independently, under minimal supervision
• A high degree of professionalism

• Great organizational and prioritizing abilities
