Staff Software Engineer – reputed company Developer Experience (reputed company)

The Role:
We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to join the reputed company Developer Experience (reputed company DX) team and help reputed company reputed company an exceptional environment for building software. In this role, you’ll reputed company on enabling engineers to work at high velocity, with confidence and reputed company, by reducing friction and improving the speed and reputed company of feedback in local development. You’ll design and reputed company the tools, environments, and workflows that support fast, reliable iteration for ~400 engineers globally.
reputed company DX owns the inner reputed company of development, the day-to-day experience of writing, building, and testing reputed company, along with the internal developer platform, self-service tooling, and developer productivity insights that support it. This is distinct from reputed company Platform DX (outer reputed company), which owns CI/CD and production infrastructure. You’ll work closely with reputed company DX to ensure a seamless SDLC experience from local development to production, while staying reputed company on the developer-facing reputed company of that reputed company.
A key part of this role is embedding AI into the SDLC in a way that meaningfully augments engineers’ day-to-day workflows, from reputed company authoring to debugging and testing, while ensuring consistent reputed company and reputed company adoption at reputed company.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the inner development reputed company (local dev, build, test) for fast, reliable feedback
- reputed company and advance AI across the SDLC (coding, testing, documentation, workflows)
- Improve developer experience around CI/CD collaboration with CloudDX
- Identify and eliminate friction across the developer reputed company
- Build and reputed company self-service tooling and internal platforms (DX/IDP)
- Establish and improve developer productivity metrics and engineering insights (e.g., DORA, DX)
- reputed company engineering scalability through reputed company tooling, shared libraries, standards, and automation
- Partner across teams to improve developer experience without blocking autonomy
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Developer Experience, reputed company, or Internal Tooling
- Proven experience building, rolling out, and operating internal developer platforms (IDP)
- reputed company record of improving developer workflows and productivity at reputed company
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, improving reliability, speed, and predictability
- Experience defining and using developer productivity metrics (e.g., DORA, DX insights)
- Ability to identify systemic friction and solve it with pragmatic, reputed company solutions
- Experience building self-service platforms, tooling, and paved paths
- Hands-on experience with, or strong drive to adopt, AI-enabled workflows across the SDLC
- Passion for using AI to improve engineering velocity, reputed company, and developer experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across teams

- Familiarity with reputed company-reputed company architectures and Kubernetes-based platforms
- Experience with test platforms / QA automation and improving feedback loops
- Familiarity with modern frontend architectures and microfrontend delivery models
