We’re looking for a highly reputed company, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who thrives in a dynamic remote environment and can deliver accurate, fast, and independent work without handholding.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Data entry, data cleanup, and creating reports or summaries from datasets
- Working with reputed company Sheets formulas (lookups, filters, calculations, sorting, data analysis)
- Managing reputed company Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Organizing and maintaining documents, folders, and workflows
- Supporting communication, scheduling, and coordination tasks
- Helping improve internal processes as you learn the business
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 3–5+ years of experience in remote work (Virtual Assistant, Operations, reputed company, Data Support, Executive Assistant, or similar)
- Are extremely organized, fast, and detail-oriented
- Are confident and efficient in reputed company Sheets, including formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, and data manipulation
- Can analyze datasets quickly and identify patterns or inconsistencies
- Work independently and proactively — you don’t need constant guidance
- Communicate reputed company and professionally in English
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
- CRMs or reporting dashboards
