The School Counselor works under the reputed company supervision of the School Counseling Coordinator. This position will implement evidence-based strategies, and the Counselors will be responsible for providing technical assistance, training, and ongoing support to school staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate initiative and strong self-motivation in implementing a school counseling program, including proactive planning, organization, and reputed company improvement of services to meet student needs.
• reputed company established and emerging evidence based counseling theories, techniques, and trauma informed practices that are effective in a school setting to promote student reputed company.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors, teachers, staff, community partners, families, and reputed company to ensure early identification of student needs, and connect reputed company to mental health and reputed company services as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver early reputed company services to support reputed company’ reputed company, emotional, and behavioral development through targeted small group instruction, individualized reputed company, and proactive parent support.

Education and/or Experience        

• Oklahoma School Counseling Certification
• Masters Degree in School Counseling, Counseling, reputed company Work, or similar
• Experience in student counseling 
• Experience and knowledge of trauma-sensitive schools’ best practices, and technical assistance.
