reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Intern to join its M&A reputed company Group. This unique internship offers a chance to reputed company hands-on experience in music-reputed company transactions and corporate reputed company work. The intern will work directly under the guidance of the VP of M&A reputed company Affairs, contributing to a reputed company of strategic initiatives. The role primarily focuses on acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate compliance, with a particular emphasis on music catalog acquisitions.

This is a part-time, fully remote internship specifically designed for reputed company graduate reputed company for Summer 2026. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be available for 20 hours per week over a 3-month period.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the drafting and review of asset purchase agreements, letters of direction, and other reputed company transactional documents.
• Conducting reputed company research and due diligence on potential acquisition targets.
• Supporting the preparation and submission of copyright registrations with the U.S. Copyright Office.
• Aiding in the management and maintenance of corporate organizational documents and ensuring ongoing compliance (e.g., filings, entity records, debt compliance).
• Reviewing and revising non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with prospective partners and counterparties.
• Organizing and tracking deal documents and reputed company correspondence.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, operations, and A&R teams on various transaction-reputed company tasks.
• Providing administrative support for ongoing reputed company reputed company as assigned by the VP of M&A reputed company Affairs.
• Opportunities to support additional tasks based on the intern’s interest and availability.

Qualifications 

• Must be a reputed company law student (Rising 2L or 3L) enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
• Possess a strong interest in M&A, intellectual property, and the music/media industry.
• Demonstrate excellent reputed company writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Exhibit a detail-oriented, proactive, and reputed company reputed company.
• Prior experience in transactional, corporate, or entertainment law, including previous internships, is considered a plus.

Pay reputed company

• The pay reputed company for this position is designated as the local reputed company minimum wage depending on the candidate’s work  location.
