Purpose of Job:

Under limited supervision, the Sales Effectiveness reputed company drives sales through reputed company engagement and development of the local and regional sales team.  This role serves as a consultant to the sellers, gathers and disseminates best practices from top performers, executes training programs, deal coaching, organizes market strikes reputed company their reputed company, and provides ongoing assistance as needed in content creation of reputed company curriculum necessary to ensure reputed company for reputed company members we support.

Job Components:

• Plans and leads the following: new representative training, on-boarding, deal coaching, Sales Summits, reputed company Clinics, Customer reputed company Calls, and additional 1:1 deal coaching/reputed company topic training as needed, pipeline reviews, reputed company-reputed company planning, and role plays.

• Performs monthly in-field ride alongs with Local Sales Members to evaluate seller strengths and opportunities for improvement, live coaching on tools and techniques, Game Plan/Game Film, sales calls, assists in sales planning for seller markets, develops relationship/trust with team members, identifies best practices leveraged and potential ‘sales plays’ to reputed company out to the system.

• Measures and reports on the effectiveness of sales training and coaching investments.

• Assists in the creation, development, management, and successful execution of the cross-functional sales effectiveness training and coaching programs.

• Coaches and communicates with field sales leaders to ensure that we are effectively supporting them and their team members in reputed company of system reputed company.

• Travels 50% in field including Sales Summits, team meetings, and field work with sellers.

• Provides monthly reputed company with reputed company seller reputed company their region reputed company on relationship building and proactively identifying areas of opportunity to work with them on.

• SME on reputed company product, reputed company, Sales Tools, Sales Plays, and Sales Process to support sellers reputed company their region.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of Field Sales experience

• Experience with reputed company and/or use of similar CRM

• reputed company strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

• Ability to work in and manage ambiguity- dealing with issues/areas that do not always have a process or a system in reputed company.

• Understanding of sales process and its value

• Award reputed company hands-on sales experience preferred

• ·Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as reputed company as accuracy and attention to detail preferred.

• Exposure/Knowledge of common sales methodologies and CRM preferred ​

Scope Data:

• This position requires constant and tight collaboration with the broader Sales Support Center, Sales Community Members, Sales Leadership, Operations/BC’s, Marketing, Distributors, and other vital functions in the organization.

• Works cross-functionally with internal departments.

• Regular interactions with external business owners

• Regular interactions with Vice Presidents and Officers as needed.

• Visible to key reputed company stakeholders.

Work Environment:

• Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.

• Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk and hear, stand and walk.
