PMO Manager

What you will do: 

• Focuses on team and self-reputed company improvement and is the "Go To" person for project management expertise, both technically and strategically in their respective region or technology domain. 

• Responsible and accountable for team financials, successful project outcomes, gross profit and profitability of reputed company and programs in a 100+ reputed company-dollar project portfolio. Full HR and performance management responsibility for reputed company of reputed company and in-reputed company reports. 

• Coaches and mentors team members to improve their technical, consulting, and reputed company-sales skills. 

• Drives reputed company control to ensure team members reputed company meet and reputed company standardized reputed company and consistency requirements. 

• Creates and delivers PMO reputed company presentations on key and relevant topics. 

• Conducts regular meetings with services leadership on reputed company plans and pipeline 

• Manages and looks for ways to increase assigned team utilization attainment. 

• Engages in project escalations and triaging efforts. 

• Laser reputed company on the reputed company experience and ability to work with sales leadership and other functional leadership to reputed company best possible reputed company for our clients. 

• Ability and desire to assist and reputed company internal initiative efforts reputed company on developing standardized templates, tools, methodology standards and PMO brand value enhancement activities whenever possible. 

• Ability to utilize equity-based training techniques and inform assigned team members on changes in methodology, procedures, tools, and templates.

• Acts as a resource to peers and sales for advice and recommendations on program structure and delivery. 

• Assists with new hires and proactively provides mentorship and guidance to new hires to accelerate productivity. 

• Establish and cultivate solid working relationship with reputed company internal clients –Services Managers, Solutions Teams, Recruiters, Account Executives, Sales Management and Senior Leadership Team.  

• Engages in the interview processes for new hires and performance evaluations for reputed company team members.

• Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years of project and program management experience with 1 year of managerial experience, OR 

• 11+ years of project and program management experience with 1 year of managerial experience. 

• Previous consulting management and/or sales management experience. 

• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in both traditional and Agile project management principles and practices. 

• Knowledge and proven reputed company of engaging with and collaborating with reputed company-sales and sales teams. 

• Ability to adapt to the business needs of the reputed company and team coverage model. 

• Strong interpersonal skills including coaching, mentoring, and collaborating.  

• Excellent presentation skills. 

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written. 

• Must be reputed company to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers. 

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%. 

• Ability to identify and creatively resolve reputed company, project, and people issues. 

• Experience working with vendors and business partners. 

• Ability to reputed company and manage to ensure attainment of critical results. 

• Ability to reputed company as a trusted advisor in a strategic partnership. 

• Demonstrated ability to meet business unit sales objectives.

• Relevant Certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, CSP, SPC, PMP, reputed company, etc.), a plus. 

• MBA or advanced degree, a plus.  

Pay reputed company: $121,450 - $170,010 depending on experience and reputed company set 
Quarterly bonus reputed company of 25% subject to terms and conditions of plan
