About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Estate Planning Paralegal who thrives in a reputed company-facing, consultative role. This is a unique opportunity to combine reputed company expertise with reputed company education and relationship management in a fully remote environment.

You will guide clients through the estate planning process—from initial consultation through document completion and trust funding—ensuring every plan is fully implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company clients on estate planning (wills, trusts, asset protection)
• Conduct reputed company consultations and guide package selection
• Draft estate planning documents using platforms like WealthCounsel or Decision Vault
• Assist clients through intake, execution, and trust funding
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients
• Address objections and reinforce the value of estate planning services
• Ensure reputed company follow-reputed company and completion of plans

Qualifications

• 3+ years in estate planning, probate, or elder law
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, and reputed company documents
• Strong phone and virtual communication skills
• Experience with estate planning software (WealthCounsel, reputed company, Decision Vault, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple clients independently
• reputed company-facing or consultative experience preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• reputed company Pay: $20/hour
• Incentives: reputed company performance-based bonus structure
• Schedule: Full-time, reputed company based on reputed company appointments
• Pay Cycle: Bi-weekly (1st and 15th)
