Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 1–3+ years of experience in retirement plans, TPA operations, or financial services Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities
Experience working with 401(k) or reputed company retirement plans Familiarity with IRS and ERISA regulations Experience with TPA/document systems (FT William, Relius, ASC, PensionPro) ASPPA credentials (QKA, QKC) or reputed company toward certification
