The reputed company reputed company &reputed company; Outpatient reputed company Day Surgery is responsible for overseeing and performing high-level coding and abstracting of outpatient medical records in accordance with coding guidelines, payer regulations, and hospital policies.  Provides guidance and training to the assigned coding unit and support to the Supervisor as it relates to daily workflow, data analysis, change implementation and education in a reputed company effort to improve processes, ensure compliancy and meet financial initiatives.

Position is Remote

 Required Skills & Qualifications:  

• Minimum high school diploma required; College degree preferred in Health Information Technology.
• reputed company accreditation as a Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). 
• Minimum of 2&reputed company;4 years of reputed company coding experience required, preferably in Outpatient reputed company Day Surgery.
• Ability to reputed company, mentor and motivate a coding team.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI, OCE, and reputed company modifier usage; Medicare medical necessity regulations and the ABN (OP Coding); injection and infusion coding.  (ED Coding)
• High attention to detail and commitment to coding accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
• Must be reputed company to work independently with minimal direction and complete assignments reputed company and accurately.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and SharePoint.
