Remote Customer Service Representative

Provides remote technical support and services to external customers and/or internal field personnel utilizing vacuum expertise and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities
may include technical support, troubleshooting customers’ applications and delivering consulting and education services, using telephone and internet collaboration.
