Project Overview

The Property team is seeking a creative and motivated Training & Digital Media Intern with an interest in digital media, animation, and visual storytelling. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting the development of training and communication materials through short-form videos and visual content. The intern will work closely with stakeholders to translate property processes and concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of animated training and informational videos using Vyond.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business processes and technical concepts into engaging visual content.

• Support storyboarding, scripting, and basic instructional design efforts.

• Edit and refine video assets to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

• Assist with visual and graphic elements such as icons, layouts, and basic animations.

• Support additional property training and communication initiatives as needed.

• Hands-on experience working on real business training and communication projects.

• Exposure to instructional design principles and corporate training development.

• Or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in video creation, animation, or visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with tools such as Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms (Vyond experience preferred but not required).

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

• asic understanding of branding or instructional concepts is a plus.
