Position Overview
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Owner Service Agents in our Inbound Customer Service division. As an Owner Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners seeking assistance with their products, making your role critical to maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

What You'll Do
As an Owner Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on creating positive owner experiences while efficiently resolving inquiries and issues. Here's what you can expect in this role:
- Receive and respond to incoming customer calls, emails, chats, and written inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Provide product information, registration services, and assist with parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries
- Troubleshoot customer issues and implement minor concessions when appropriate, using judgment-based reasoning
- Create, update, and maintain accurate owner records in our Windows-based systems
- Document all interactions, including complaints, actions taken, and resolutions achieved
- Follow established guidelines while exercising creativity to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
- Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to help improve processes and materials
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
- Support other areas of the business as needed to ensure seamless operations
- Handle additional duties as assigned by management

This is a remote position, and we have opportunities available for candidates within 50 miles of the following metropolitan areas:
- Louisville, KY
- Nashville, TN
- Memphis, TN
- Jackson, MS
- Greenville, SC
- San Antonio, TX
- Tulsa, OK
- Cincinnati, OH
- Rapid City, SD
- Salt Lake City, UT
As an Owner Service Agent, you can expect to work an 8-hour shift between the business hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to accommodate various schedules and work-life balance needs.
Note: At this time, candidates residing more than 50 miles outside of the cities listed above will not be considered for remote employment. You can assess your location distance using Google Maps or similar mapping services.

- Two or more years of sales or service experience (preferred but not required)

- Ability to prioritize and plan for rapid, satisfactory resolution
- Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient typing abilities and comfort navigating multiple online applications
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Exceptional sense of ownership with proven follow-through skills

- Ability to diffuse difficult situations and handle irate customers with patience and professionalism
- Proven attendance record demonstrating dependability and accountability

- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Remote Work Requirements
To ensure success in this remote position, candidates must meet the following technical requirements:
- Dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious enough for company-provided equipment (PC, keyboard, mouse, monitors, cables, and ethernet cord)
- Reliable local internet provider (satellite or DSL connections are not allowed due to security requirements)
- Internet speeds must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Ping: Under 50ms
- Download: 50Mbps or higher
- Upload: 15Mbps or higher
