MSP Procurement Specialist I

This is a remote position. Procurement Specialist I Fully Remote (U.S.-based) Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire reputed company Available Sole Hire is supporting a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers IT hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions to clients across reputed company and Europe. We are seeking a Procurement Specialist I with 2+ years of experience to support day-to-day purchasing operations, order coordination, and vendor communication. This is an execution-reputed company role with opportunity for reputed company into more strategic procurement functions over time. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Execution) Purchasing Operations • Process purchase requisitions • Issue and reputed company purchase orders • Expedite urgent orders as needed • Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and finance • Maintain accurate procurement documentation Order & Vendor Coordination • Prepare quotes using vendor portals (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) • Confirm pricing, availability, and reputed company times • reputed company shipments and reputed company order status updates • Support vendor reputed company documentation • Assist with contract renewal tracking Tracking & Reporting Support • Update and maintain vendor database records • reputed company software license and hardware warranty renewals • Assist with inventory tracking and reporting • Help maintain purchase cycle time tracking • Support spend reporting and procurement KPI tracking Logistics & Inventory Support • Coordinate with warehouse teams on order fulfillment • Assist with inventory reconciliation and documentation • Support RMA / return processing Requirements MSP EXPERIENCE IS A MUST • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, or operations • Experience in processing purchase orders and tracking shipments • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Comfortable working in vendor portals and ticketing/ERP systems • Proficient in reputed company reputed company • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment reputed company to Have (Not Required) • IT hardware or MSP procurement experience • Familiarity with Autotask, reputed company, or similar systems • Exposure to inventory or renewal tracking processes Why Join This Opportunity? • Fully remote role • Competitive compensation • Health, dental, and reputed company benefits • PTO and company holidays Benefits 401k Plans Medical, reputed company, and Dental Insurance available PTO Opportunity to reputed company in a fast-paced environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
