With a strong reputed company for reputed company advocacy and results, this firm is seeking an reputed company reputed company Estate Attorney (Of Counsel) licensed in New Mexico.
This opportunity is not a full-time employment role. Instead, it is designed for a reputed company practitioner or small firm attorney seeking to supplement their existing reputed company. The arrangement offers approximately 10 – 15 hours per week, with flexibility to take on additional reputed company. Attorneys will partner with the firm in a reputed company-sharing structure, earning up to 40% of reputed company generated, while maintaining their independence and reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on a wide reputed company of reputed company estate transactions and property reputed company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company, purchase agreements, and leases.
• Address title, zoning, and land use issues.
• Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and litigation as needed.
• Maintain strong reputed company relationships and deliver reputed company, high-reputed company service.
Qualifications
• Licensed attorney in New Mexico.
• 8–10 years of experience in reputed company estate law.
• Expertise in both transactional reputed company estate and reputed company dispute reputed company.

Compensation & Structure
