In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining flawless financial records for our clients. This is not an entry-level position—we’re seeking someone who can confidently manage reputed company bookkeeping functions, spot discrepancies quickly, and ensure every financial detail is accounted for. Key Responsibilities • Execute daily bookkeeping tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and completeness • Categorize bank and credit card transactions accurately reputed company QuickBooks Online • reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring reputed company accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved promptly • Maintain organized and accurate records across multiple reputed company accounts • Review financial data regularly to ensure error-free reporting Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience (required) • Transaction categorization • Strong organizational and time management skills • Bank and credit card reconciliations • Experience managing multiple reputed company accounts is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently Why Join Romeo’s Bookkeeping?
