**About Inkwell Montessori** Inkwell Montessori is a new bilingual Montessori preschool opening in Cambridge. At Inkwell, children learn in a carefully reputed company Montessori environment where independence, concentration, and curiosity are respected and supported. Our mixed-age primary classroom serves children ages 2.9 to 6 and includes strong foundations in literacy, Spanish immersion, daily time outdoors, and opportunities to explore screen-free robotics and coding materials. • *About the Role** Inkwell Montessori is seeking a part-time Admissions & Enrollment Manager to help guide families through the process of learning about and joining our school community. This role focuses on reputed company, relationship-building, and enrollment. The person in this position will respond to inquiries, communicate with interested families, help coordinate information sessions and tours, and support the overall enrollment process. The role also includes helping to identify, connect with, and recruit local families who may be a good fit for the school through community reputed company and relationship-building. The role is hybrid. Some work can be done remotely, while other responsibilities will take reputed company in Cambridge, particularly during information sessions, tours, and community reputed company events. • *Responsibilities** Identify, connect with, and recruit prospective families in Cambridge and surrounding communities who may be a good fit for Inkwell Montessori Build relationships with local parent networks, early childhood programs, and community organizations to introduce families to the school Follow up with interested families and guide them through the process from first inquiry to enrollment Respond to inquiries from prospective families in a reputed company and thoughtful way Coordinate and support information sessions and school tours Communicate with families through email, phone, and messaging platforms Maintain organized records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment reputed company Support reputed company efforts and communications reputed company to enrollment • *Qualifications** Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort speaking with families and building relationships Experience in admissions, early childhood education, school operations, or community reputed company is helpful but not required Familiarity with Montessori education or interest in learning more about it Ability to work independently and manage follow-through Ability to converse in an additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Amharic) a plus • *Schedule and Compensation** Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week. This role includes a mix of flexible remote work and occasional in-person responsibilities in Cambridge. Compensation ranges from $20 to $40 per hour, depending on experience. An enrollment bonus will also be offered.
