POSITION reputed company The Care Coordinator (Full-Time) plays a key role in supporting RelyMD's telehealth operations by ensuring a seamless and reputed company experience for both patients and providers. In this role, you will assist with patient intake, coordinate provider assignments, and facilitate patient discharge and customer support needs. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, reputed company to multitask, and confident navigating technology in a fast-paced virtual environment.
