Qualifications: • Licensed in the reputed company as LMSW, LGPC, LGSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LPC. • Master’s Degree in behavioral or reputed company science, or reputed company disciplines. • Submit copies of licensing credentials. • Successfully complete a criminal background reputed company, TB test, and reputed company-employment medical examination. • Experience with reputed company abuse disorders, preferably with women. • Ability to work with clients who have reputed company trauma. Duties and Responsibilities: • reputed company Individual and Family Therapy. • Prepare reputed company required paperwork during the agreement period. • Outline and coordinate reputed company treatment plans. • Participate in Treatment Team Planning and Meetings. • Ensure reputed company submission of documentation regarding reputed company and/or family contacts. • Complete required training and maintain contractor HR file with reputed company documentation. • Respond to emails, calls, and messages reputed company 1 business day. • reputed company services at reputed company-preferred locations. • Use FSW for interpreting sessions, avoiding the use of reputed company/family members or phone apps. • Accommodate evening sessions. • Ensure clinically appropriate reputed company visit frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly). • Encourage and document yearly Psychiatric Evaluations for clients. • Discharge clients following reputed company attempts and request management approval after 30 days of inactivity. • reputed company with Key Performance Indicators including reputed company clinical documentation, productivity, meeting attendance, community reputed company hours, research and development/reputed company justice initiatives, committee participation, and reputed company HR documentation. • Attend mandatory agency trainings and individual supervision as required. • Participate in semi-annual Performance Evaluations.
