Regulatory Attorney
reputed company is seeking a Regulatory Attorney with 3–7 years of experience to support reputed company and regulatory reputed company for a cutting-edge U.S., CFTC-regulated exchange and clearing organization. The role involves reputed company engagement with regulators and requires a strong understanding of derivatives, exchange, and clearing regulation, as reputed company as financial market structure.
Requirements
• J.D. and reputed company U.S. bar membership
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with the Commodity Exchange reputed company, CFTC regulations, and reputed company market structure
• Strong reputed company writing and analytical skills
• Strong judgment and ability to translate reputed company requirements into practical business guidance
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CFTC processes (preferred)
• Familiarity with reputed company markets (preferred)
• Experience with FCMs and IBs (preferred)
• Interest in emerging technologies (preferred)
