Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of E-commerce Social Media Associate and Customer Service Support. This hybrid position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to our online presence while ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

You'll be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our customer service team to ensure every customer interaction with arenaflex is positive, memorable, and reinforces our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Content Curation & Management: Assist in managing and curating compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visual guidelines, and marketing objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages. Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, personable, and authentic manner to build strong relationships with our community of Tesla enthusiasts.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the social media manager to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and content calendars. Bring fresh ideas to the table that resonate with our target audience.
  • Content Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and posting content using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. Ensure consistent posting schedules and optimal timing for maximum engagement.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor social media performance metrics and compile data for weekly and monthly reports. Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay current with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices. Identify opportunities to leverage new features and formats to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Customer Service Support

  • Multi-Channel Customer Inquiries: Support the customer service team by promptly responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across various communication channels, including email, live chat, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing and resolving customer issues with empathy, patience, and professionalism. Strive for complete customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive brand image in every interaction.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex customer inquiries and escalate them to appropriate teams (technical support, sales, management). Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
  • Review Management: Help manage customer reviews and ratings across platforms like Google, Yelp, and product review sites. Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive feedback and professionally address negative comments to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of our products, services, policies, and procedures. Use this knowledge to accurately assist customers, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns. Share insights with relevant departments to contribute to product improvements, service enhancements, and overall business growth.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer success, to align social media efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Data Compilation: Assist in compiling and organizing data for regular social media and customer service reports. Maintain organized records of interactions, metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally, representing arenaflex values and mission in every interaction and communication.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Experience: Prior experience or internship in social media management, customer service, or e-commerce is highly desirable. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and empathetically with customers and team members alike.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to effectively manage multiple social media content schedules and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Platform Proficiency: Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok) and a deep understanding of their unique features, algorithms, and audience preferences.
  • Customer Service Aptitude: Basic knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to handle inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability: Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computers, smartphones, and various digital tools. Experience with social media management tools, CRM systems, and helpdesk software is a plus.

  • Creative Mindset: Natural creativity with an active interest in staying informed about social media trends, viral content, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
  • Graphic Design Abilities: Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is advantageous but not required.
  • Analytical Thinking: Basic analytical skills to interpret social media metrics, customer feedback, and performance data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Automotive Interest: Familiarity with or strong interest in Tesla vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and automotive accessories. Knowledge of Tesla aftermarket accessories is a significant advantage.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet and find effective solutions to customer issues.
