About the Role

As a Senior Product Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. You'll be the voice of arenaflex to our clients, working diligently to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. Your technical expertise combined with your passion for customer success will help businesses maximize the value they get from our platform.

This is a remote position based in Seattle, giving you the flexibility to work in a comfortable environment while staying connected with our dynamic team. You'll have the opportunity to engage with clients through multiple channels—including chat, email, phone, and our proprietary tools—providing you with a diverse and enriching work experience.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with arenaflex clients to answer how-to questions and investigate platform-related issues, ensuring they can continue doing what matters most—growing their businesses
  • Deliver a "human-first" experience through voice and written interactions across all communication channels, providing timely and accurate resolutions that exceed expectations
  • Become an expert in arenaflex products, both at a technical level and in understanding client use-cases, enabling you to provide insightful, tailored solutions
  • Go beyond basic resolution by identifying opportunities to help clients maximize their value from arenaflex, suggesting better ways to work smarter and achieve more
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights that help the entire team work more intelligently while elevating customer value
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Retention teams to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client loyalty
  • Mentor and guide newer team members, sharing your expertise and helping them develop the skills needed to deliver world-class support
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation and best practices, ensuring that the entire support organization benefits from your experience and insights

How You'll Be Measured

Success in this role is measured across multiple dimensions that reflect both your individual contributions and your impact on the broader team:

  • Ticket Resolution & Case Volume – Efficiently handling client inquiries while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) – Ensuring every client interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported
  • Quality of Client Communications – Demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and empathy in every interaction
  • Client Value Enhancement – Proactively identifying opportunities to help clients get more from their arenaflex investment
  • Team Collaboration – Working effectively with peers and cross-functional teams to drive collective success

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SaaS customer support experience providing Programming as-a-Service support to businesses, with a proven track record of positively impacting clients and helping them improve their operations
  • Strong background in online software support – Experience supporting multiple internet-based software products or SaaS platforms, and/or IT support experience
  • Technical proficiency with fundamental web technologies including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, or similar systems
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate uncertainty while contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Excellent prioritization skills – Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and focusing on highest-impact work
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Mentor, or Team Lead role
  • Background in building best practices focused on support quality and efficiency improvements
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of API integrations and troubleshooting technical issues
