This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective administration and management of our equity-based compensation programs. What You'll Do for Us

As a Global Equity Consultant, you will play a critical role in the administration and reputed company of arenaflex's equity compensation programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Compliance and Auditing: reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies and ensuring data reputed company across reputed company equity systems.
• Award Processing: Process the release of Performance reputed company reputed company (PSU), Restricted Stock reputed company (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching reputed company awards. This requires meticulous attention to timing, accuracy, and adherence to plan documents and regulatory requirements.
• Transaction Review: Review equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities. Ensure accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting of reputed company equity transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Experience
