What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and entering information into our various databases while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Information Collection: Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and essential information from employees, different departments, and clients through various communication channels including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Document Analysis: Scan through source documents and digital information to identify pertinent data points that need to be captured, ensuring no critical information is overlooked.
  • Data Validation: Review and correct any errors encountered during data entry, organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing while maintaining consistency across all databases.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets and electronic records, entering and updating information into relevant databases with speed and precision.
  • Data Security: Ensure all data is properly backed up according to established protocols, protecting valuable company information from loss or corruption.
  • Error Reporting: Inform relevant parties promptly regarding any errors or inconsistencies encountered during the data collection and entry process.
  • Physical Records: Maintain and organize hard copies of data in a systematic manner to optimize retrieval when needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to create formatted documents and work with spreadsheets, formulas, and data tables.

  • Concentration & Accuracy: Ability to concentrate for extended periods while maintaining high accuracy levels and adequate typing speed.
